A sweet + soft evening practice, to unwind from the day + prepare for rest. We explore 4-7 poses each class, finding stillness to create the deepest of releases : mentally + physically. Finishing with a dreamy sound bath. Each week we discover themes of chakras, meridians + facia lines, linked the current season + phases of the moon. Come to the Loft Studio in your comfiest clothes (even pjs will do!), wrap yourself in a blanket + slip into a dream - help yourself to a selection of herbal teas + enjoy.

Get your sweat on with POWER, a 60 minute intermediate yoga class to build strength, mobility, balance and flexibility. Through each session, we will move through challenging postures and transitions, with pauses of strengthening exercises to tone the body. Come and get your Saturday Sweat ON!

End your day on the mat with a magical 60 minute beginners yoga session. We'll work on ironing out the creases within the body, finding moments of strength to balance the softness and alignment cues to help guide the body to a safer practice. This is perfect for beginners and those wanting a deep stretch to release the day.

FLUIDTY

A great way to release the days tension away + work up some heat. Fluid Flow is an intermediate Vinyasa Yoga flow with a fusion of contemporary dance, with the aim to improve flexibility, strength, balance + mindfulness. During this practice you will move through some tricky transitions, fluid motions + playful poses, all while a well curated playlist plays in the background, helping you to get in the groove. Best suited to those with a strong understanding of the Yoga Practice

PINCHA + HAND STANDS

Ready to turn your world upside down? This class is dedicated to building the strength, technique, and confidence to explore forearm stands (Pincha Mayurasana) and handstands in a safe, supportive environment. You'll work on shoulder stability, core activation, balance drills, and wall-supported shapes—whether you're kicking up for the first time or refining your line. Expect to sweat, play, fall, laugh, and fly. No perfect handstand required—just a willingness to explore.

Join us for a supportive pregnancy yoga class designed to be there for you during this amazing journey. Mel creates a welcoming atmosphere that addresses the unique needs and challenges of each stage of pregnancy.
You can expect gentle flows, movement, breathwork and relaxation that support your wellbeing while building a deeper connection with your body and your baby. This class combines yoga instruction with doula wisdom, giving you the tools to trust your body and embrace your intuition.
